Connect Appointments are looking for a Accounts Administrator to join our Hartlepool based client. This is an initial two week role, with the potential of a full-time permanent role.
What's on offer?
* Monday to Friday, 7:30 to 16:30
* £15 per hour - paid weekly
* Temp to perm opportunity
What you'll do as an Accounts Administrator :
* Generate customer invoices, and send documentation to customers
* Perform general office admin tasks (answering the phone, emails etc)
* Part of the route planning operations for drivers
* Undertaking tonnage reports
* Operating weighbridge
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
What you'll need as an Accounts Administrator:
* Proficient in billing and accounting software (Sage)
* Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good time management and task prioritisation
* Strong communication skills
