Your new role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering an excellent service across allmunication channels. You’ll be the voice of the brand, ensuring every interaction supports customer satisfaction and contributes to continued sales growth.
Your core responsibilities will include:
1. Processing customer orders quickly and accurately to support seamless warehouse dispatch.
2. Providing detailed product and service information to assist customers with confidence.
3. Resolving queries and problems efficiently, ensuring every issue is fully addressed.
4. Achieving and continuously improving both personal and departmental KPIs.
5. Updating and maintaining accurate customer account information.
6. Building strong, positive relationships with customers and internal sales teams.
7. Supporting Managed Account Customers through various systems.
What you'll need to succeed
8. Previous office-based experience
9. Excellent written and verbalmunication skills.
10. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
11. Strong MS Office skills.
