This is a flexible role, ideal if you’re considering a future in teaching, returning to education, or want hands-on classroom experience without the pressure of planning or marking. The role As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll deliver pre-set lesson plans, maintain a calm and focused learning environment, and support pupils to stay on task. Everything is prepared in advance, you bring the confidence, consistency, and good judgement to guide the class through the day.
