Are you a caring and experienced professional looking for a role where you can truly make a difference? Join our team as a Senior Night Care Practitioner at Oak Springs, a beautifully designed, purpose-built care home in the heart of Wavertree.

At Oak Springs, we’re proud to provide high-quality residential, respite, and specialist dementia care, with a strong focus on dignity, independence, and enhancing quality of life. We create a warm and supportive environment where residents feel valued, safe, and at home.

We take a person-centred approach to care, celebrating individuality and creating meaningful, engaging experiences for every resident.

Your Role as a Senior Care Practitioner on Night Shifts:

As a Senior Night Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in creating a calm, safe, and supportive environment for our residents overnight. You’ll lead by example, ensuring every individual feels comfortable, respected, and cared for throughout the night.

* Providing comfort and companionship: Offering a reassuring presence and emotional support for those who may feel unsettled.
* Leading the night team: Guiding and motivating colleagues, delegating tasks effectively, and maintaining high standards of care.
* Managing key tasks: Keeping accurate records, updating care plans, safely administering medication, and completing night audits.
* Keeping everyone safe: Responding calmly and confidently to any incidents or emergencies.
* Supporting team growth: Mentoring and encouraging staff to help build a positive, skilled, and engaged team.
