The following attributes are essential for this role:
* 2-pack paint systems
* Ability to work unsupervised to exacting standards
* Excellent eye for detail
* Filling, fairing, preparation, masking and spray application to yacht refinish standards
* Motivated
* Proven Marine industry track record
* Reliable
The following attributes are desirable for this role:
* Good working knowledge of Alexseal 2-pack paint systems.
* Good working knowledge of hand painting techniques.
* Interior.
* Exterior.
* Varnishing.
* Antifouling.
