In this role, you’ll be at the heart of a busy supply chain operation for a leading organisation making sure that what’s ordered, delivered, and invoiced all matches up perfectly. You’ll work closely with suppliers, hauliers and internal teams — coordinating deliveries, keeping data up to date, and helping ensure the numbers tell the right story.
What you’ll be doing:
* Booking deliveries and collections with suppliers and keeping the system up to date.
* Checking delivery weights, matching paperwork and verifying invoices against agreed contracts.
* Helping to resolve queries quickly so suppliers get paid correctly and on time.
* Keeping an eye on contract balances and making sure everything ties off neatly.
* Supporting finance by ensuring supplier and customer invoice data is accurate and complete.
What we’re looking for:
* Someone organised and methodical, who takes pride in accuracy.
* Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines without losing focus.
* A good communicator — you’ll be liaising with suppliers and colleagues daily.
* Confident using systems and spreadsheets (training provided on the in-house platform).
* Experience in a logistics, supply chain or admin role would be ideal — but attitude and attention to detail matter most.
