This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong care experience who is ready to step into a leadership role within a supportive environment. About the Role As Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager with the day‑to‑day running of the service, ensuring high standards of care and smooth operational delivery. This is a mixed role involving both office duties and floor‑based support.
