Level 3 Nursery Practitioner - Purley (Term Time Only) | Immediate Start
TimePlan Education is recruiting on behalf of a wonderful nursery in Purley, and we are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their Early Years team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to support childrens development while playing an active part in a warm, collaborative setting.
About the Role
This is a varied and rewarding position combining SEN support with wider Early Years responsibilities. You will:
* Provide 1:1 support to several pupils throughout the day, delivering targeted interventions within the main classroom
* Follow Speech & Language plans, ASPs/IEPs, and other specialist guidance
* Work closely with the Class Teacher, SENDCo, and Keyworkers to ensure consistent, high‑quality support
* Contribute to the wider classroom team and general Early Years duties
* Communicate professionally with parents/carers regarding the children you support
* Work term‑time only, with mixed shifts available: 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm (depending on suitability)
Essential Requirements
* Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent) - essential
* Paediatric First Aid - desirable
* Experience or confidence supporting children with SEN
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A nurturing, proactive approach to supporting childrens development
