Location: Camden
Salary: £145 to £230 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time Long-term
Start Date: Immediate
GSL Education is seeking an experienced and passionate SEN Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Camden. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated educator to make a lasting impact on the lives of young learners with Special Educational Needs.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and tailored lessons to meet the needs of students with SEN.
* Adapt curriculum content and teaching strategies to support individual learning styles.
* Work collaboratively with SENCOs and support staff to develop and implement IEPs.
* Provide a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages progress and confidence.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Previous experience in an SEN setting is preferred.
* Knowledge of strategies to support learners with autism, ADHD, SEMH, or MLD.
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
* Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
