Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary and delivery-focused Head of Digital Product to lead the development and optimisation of digital learning and assessment solutions across our Secondary portfolio. This role will be pivotal in shaping the future of digital education within PSQ, driving innovation, accessibility, and excellence in product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the digital product strategy across PSQ, aligning with curriculum reform, market needs, and Pearson’s broader digital transformation goals.
* Product Excellence: Lead roadmap planning and steerco reviews for ActiveHub and other digital platforms, ensuring high-quality user experiences and measurable impact.
* Team Management: Develop and oversee a high-performing team across digital and assessment functions.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Content Strategy, and Technical Architecture teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies and product launches.
* Customer-Centric Innovation: Champion user research, testing, and feedback loops to continuously improve digital offerings.
* Operational Excellence: Drive service management, QA/UAT processes, and incident resolution for digital platforms, ensuring reliability and scalability.

* Proven experience in digital product leadership within education or a related sector.
* Strong understanding of qualification frameworks, assessment models, and digital pedagogy.
* Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Experience with Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and data-driven decision-making.
* Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
