This fantastic Primary School is looking for an EYFS Teaching Assistant to help students with their phonics and core subjects across the school.
EYFS Teaching Assistant | About the role:
* Initial 1-year EYFS Teaching Assistant contracts starting September 2024
* An EYFS Teaching Assistant can earn between £458- £510 per week | PAYE
* EYFS Teaching Assistant role – Perfect for Aspiring Primary Teachers
* Supporting pupils with their learning on a whole-class, 1:1 and small-group basis
* Use strategies effectively and be able to work using your initiative while following policies and procedures.
* Learn the Early Years Framework and differentiate teaching and support styles between learners.
EYFS Teaching Assistant | About the school:
* The successful EYFS Teaching Assistant will secure a role at one of our wonderful Primary Schools in Kensington & Chelsea
* You will work under the guidance of a supportive SENCO and Senior Leadership Team to provide an inclusive education to all pupils.
* You will be required to provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils who require extra help in the classroom.
* Patience, understanding, empathy and the ability to build a positive rapport with Primary-aged pupils are essential in this role.
This is the ideal role for an EYFS Teaching Assistant hopeful who plans to become a Primary Teacher, and the school will provide ongoing support and training to help you confidently apply for PGCE programmes in the future.
