The Role
* Full accountability for a high:volume, fast:paced restaurant
* Lead from the front : visible, hands:on and in the detail
* Drive standards across food, service and guest experience
* Build, develop and retain a strong team
* Hold your management team accountable and push performance
* Take ownership of P and L, labour and cost control
* Identify problems early and implement practical solutions
* Create a culture of energy, pace and consistency
The Person
* Proven experience as a General Manager within branded or high:volume hospitality : A GBP 100k plus
* High energy, proactive and solutions:focused
* Comfortable getting into the detail : not just managing from a distance
* Strong leader who can challenge, influence and drive change
* Commercially aware with a solid grip on numbers
* Passionate about food, service and building teams that deliver
