Payroll Administrator Lisburn Monday–Friday | 9:00am–5:00pm Full-Time | Permanent Salary: £26000- £35000 depending on experience. The Opportunity We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established service provider in Lisburn for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional who enjoys working with multiple clients in a fast-paced, bureau-style environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes while delivering a high level of service and compliance. The Role As Payroll Administrator, you will manage payroll for a portfolio of clients across various sectors, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of all statutory payments. This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication skills and a proactive approach to resolving queries. Key Responsibilities · Processing end-to-end UK payroll for a range of clients · Managing hourly, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls · Completing and submitting CIS returns · Ensuring accurate calculation and processing of: o PAYE o National Insurance o Pensions o Student Loans o Employment Benefits o Relevant taxes · Ensuring all payments are processed and remitted within statutory deadlines · Acting as a direct point of contact for clients, handling payroll queries professionally and efficiently · Staying up-to-date with payroll legislation and ensuring ongoing compliance What You’ll Need · Previous payroll experience (Practice/Bureau experience highly desirable) · Proven end-to-end payroll processing experience · Strong understanding of workplace pensions (essential) · Experience using payroll software such as Xero and Sage · Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy · Strong organisational and time management skills · Ability to manage multiple client deadlines · Professional and confident communication skills · Please note, this is a permanent role and the company does not offer sponsorship therefore applicants will need to have a permanent right to work in the UK.
