Responsibilities
* Act as a residential conveyancer within the firms residential property team.
* Manage and execute a caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
* Ensure caseload sizes are carefully managed to maintain a balanced workload.
Qualifications
* Experience dealing with a caseload of residential conveyancing matters in a current or previous role.
* Candidate should be a residential conveyancer, residential solicitor, legal executive, or team leader located within 1 hour drive from Lincoln.
