I am currently working with a Leading, Modern and Flexible Law Firm who are looking for a Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Cilex to join their growing team in Macclesfield.
Responsibilities
* Manage your own caseload of residential sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold) and all associated procedures
* Process cases on a timely and cost-effective basis
* Liaise directly with clients, estate agents and lenders
* Develop professional relationships, both with clients and other potential sources of work
* Manage own work allocation, productivity and quality of work with minimum supervision
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of conveyancing experience
* Established Fee Earner, Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX)
* Ability to manage a varied caseload of conveyancing matters
* Excellent client care skills, project management skills, and a dedication to your career
* Ambitious, driven, and personable
