Inclusive Learning (SEND) Tutor – EKC Sheppey College Empower learners. Champion inclusion. Shape futures. Are you driven to break down barriers and help every student thrive? In this role, you will: Deliver tailored 1:1 and small group support Design and deliver engaging, focused learning tasks Create and evaluate support programmes to boost progress Collaborate with curriculum teams to embed inclusive strategies Contribute to staff training to promote inclusive best practice Support EHCP consultations and annual reviews Work with learners from Level 1 to Level 3, across varied subject areas Be part of something meaningful – help students build confidence, achieve success, and shape brighter futures.
