The Sales Manager will be responsible for:
* Overseeing day-to-day sales operations
* Developing and executing strategic sales plans
* Managing, mentoring, and motivating a sales team
* Setting and tracking sales targets
* Analysing sales performance and preparing reports for senior leadership
* Training and onboarding new team members
* Building and maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships

* Proven experience in sales management (automotive sales experience is a plus)
