About The Bookkeeper Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper to join the team at our Boston office. You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and will attend client visits to carry out bookkeeping services.
Key Responsibilities
* Attending client premises to undertake bookkeeping on‑site
* Bank reconciliations
* Posting transactions
* Reconciling sales and purchase ledgers
* Keeping Sage and Xero up to date
* Dealing with client queries as and when they arise
About You / Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years previous bookkeeping experience, preferably within an accountancy practice
* AAT qualified
* Understanding of agriculture accounts is advantageous
* Experience in using Sage and Xero is preferred
* Ability to manage own tasks, good time management and ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
* Enthusiastic and motivated team player with a "can do" attitude
* Passionate about great service in order to provide a high level of client care
* Presents themselves in a professional manner during client interactions
