BIM Coordinator
Location: Central London
Salary: £50,000 - £52,000 per annum

This opportunity would be ideal for a BIM Coordinator or Senior BIM Coordinator with proven experience in large-scale projects and is confident using Revit and Navisworks as their primary softwares.

Office: Central London
Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Duties:
* Apply ISO 19650 standards across all assigned projects.
* Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans, Responsibility Matrices, and Task Information Delivery Plans.
* Set up and manage project models in Revit and Common Data Environments.
* Coordinate multidisciplinary model integration, clash detection, and issue resolution.
* Deliver in-house BIM training, support, and guidance to project teams including Architects and Designers.
* Ensure adherence to project BIM standards and carry out quality control checks.
Requirements:
* Expert user of Revit and Navisworks is essential
* Experience delivering medium-to-large, complex architectural projects
* Familiarity with Dynamo, BIM360 / ACC and CDE workflows.
* Knowledge of model validation, QA processes, and COBie data requirements
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
* Architectural background or equivalent relevant qualification
