Salary: £34,398 – £46,839 (dependent on experience)

A respected primary school in Watford is looking for a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher to join their team from February 2026. This long-term role is ideal for experienced teachers or Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are eager to make a significant difference in their students’ lives.
The Role
As a KS2 Teacher, you will have the opportunity to create an inspiring, dynamic classroom environment that fosters curiosity, self-confidence, and a love of learning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons that follow the KS2 curriculum
* Tailor teaching methods to meet the diverse needs and abilities of students
* Monitor and track student progress, providing clear and constructive feedback
* Maintain high standards of classroom behaviour and academic achievement
* Work closely with colleagues on curriculum development, planning, and assessment
* Build strong relationships with parents, guardians, and carers
* Actively contribute to extracurricular activities and the wider school community
What We’re Looking For
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
* Experience teaching Key Stage 2 (placements considered for ECTs)
* Solid knowledge of the KS2 curriculum
* Strong classroom management and reflective approach to teaching
* Passion for fostering academic and personal growth in children
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
