Key Responsibilities
As a Sous Chef, you’ll play a key leadership role within the kitchen brigade.
* Support the Head Chef in the smooth running of daily service
* Lead and motivate the kitchen team during service
* Oversee food preparation, quality, and presentation standards
* Take responsibility for stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
* Ensure strict adherence to food hygiene and safety standards
* Train and support junior members of the brigade
What we’re looking for
We’re seeking a confident and experienced chef ready to take the next step in their career.
* Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in a busy kitchen
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to run service
* Passion for seasonal produce and high-quality cooking
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Positive, hands-on approach with a strong work ethic
* Ambition to develop and progress within a professional kitchen environment
