Hours: 8-00am- 4:30pm - 45 minutes unpaid lunch break - Monday - Friday
Salary: £12.71ph + Holiday, Pension and Adecco Benefits

Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Assembler to join our production team. This role involves hands-on assembly work, including cable preparation, machine testing, and supporting the manufacturing process to meet customer requirements across multiple industries.
Responsibilities
Assemble components and products to company specifications
Work with cables, including cutting, stripping, crimping, and routing
Operate and test equipment and machines to ensure product quality and performance
Carry out quality checks and report any faults or inconsistencies
Prepare finished products for dispatch to various industry clients
Follow technical drawings, instructions, and assembly procedures
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Assist with general production duties as required
Ability to perform heavy lifting as part of daily duties
Comfortable working on your feet for extended periodsKey Skills & Experience
Previous experience in an assembly, manufacturing, or production role (preferred)
Experience working with cables or electrical components is advantageous
Familiarity with testing equipment or machinery is beneficial
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
