The role sits within the firms Front Office Credit team and will focus on both the valuation of commercial real estate assets & corporate credit analysis of counterparties as well as providing pricing & structuring for new transactions.
Applications are sought from candidates with demonstratable valuations experience focused on Commercial Real estate assets with ideally either a strong accounting understanding (Balance Sheet/ PnL familiarity) or corporate credit analysis experience. Candidates could be working in another Real Estate fund or in Valuations at a accounting or consulting firm.
