Working Model: On four shift pattern (on-site Towcester)
Hourly Rate: £15p/hour - £18p/hour
Electrical Maintenance Engineer Overview
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will support the maintenance, fault finding, and repair of electrical systems and production equipment within a busy industrial environment. Working on a rotating four-shift pattern, you will help ensure manufacturing operations run safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.
Responsibilities
* Carrying out routine maintenance on electrical equipment.
* Finding and fixing faults on machines and control systems.
* Responding quickly to breakdowns to keep production running.
* Supporting equipment installation and upgrades.
* Following health & safety rules at all times.
Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering / Maintenance.
* Experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
* Good fault-finding and problem‑solving skills.
* Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics.
* Comfortable working on a four‑shift rotating pattern (days and nights).
* Committed to health & safety and quality standards.
