As the Audit Manager for our client, you will be instrumental in driving their audit services forward. We are seeking an accomplished audit professional with a proven track record at the managerial level, someone who shares our client's passion for delivering excellence in audit services. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future trajectory of our client's service line and the firm as a whole.
Your responsibilities will encompass the proficient management of a substantial client portfolio. This entails meticulous planning of assignments, adept briefing of staff on client intricacies, ensuring meticulous adherence to auditing standards, and surpassing both client and statutory deadlines with finesse. Additionally, you will spearhead advisory engagements, a testament to your evolving role within our client's dynamic environment.
Responsibilities include:
1. Oversee assignments in alignment with our client’s procedural standards, confirming arrangements with clients including cost estimations and billing.
2. Uphold audit quality as paramount, actively engaging in internal and external quality assurance endeavors.
3. Provide comprehensive briefings to staff on client nuances and pre-assignment directives, offering guidance and support as needed.
4. Ensure assignments are completed within budgetary constraints, promptly addressing any significant points with the assignment partner and client.
5. Cultivate robust client relationships, embodying the ethos of excellent client service throughout all interactions.
6. Foster cross-departmental collaboration to fulfill diverse client needs, leveraging our client’s specialist services where applicable.
