Sous Chef Gateway to the Cotswolds - £35,000 DOE + full benefits package, tips approx £6k+
Great location, recent refurb, experienced staff, good FOH and all the support you will need to make this a success. Working with a skilled kitchen team, we need a strong Sous.
Live-in can be discussed after a brief trial period.
Serving a traditional menu, with a varied specials board, we serve quality, but not fussy or overworked food. Mediterranean, British and Asian dishes, brasserie style and all fresh.
