Based at our state-of-the-art Kirkstall Forge head office, conveniently located just 6 minutes away from Leeds city centre, Internally, this role is as diverse as it is rewarding, with a strong focus on customer service. You won't be bound by a script - your problem-solving skills will be put to the test here, as each customer interaction will be unique, allowing you to showcase your skills.
From vehicle order to delivery and beyond, you'll be the go-to contact for drivers in your client portfolio. Handling a wide range of queries via phone and email, you'll become an expert on everything from vehicle orders and pricing to solving in-life vehicle questions.

Previous experience in Customer Service and in managing multiple queries in strict timescales is key, but of equal importance are confidence, creative problem-solving skills, proficient IT capabilities, a positive attitude, and a strong team player mindset.

So, what will you be doing?
* As the first point of contact for drivers who need to get hold of Zenith, you'll be the friendly voice that brightens their day. So, you can expect to be handling phone calls and responding to email inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
* You will become an expert on customer contracts and policies, overseeing every step of the driver journey with Zenith, from car ordering to post-delivery support. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and delightful customer experience
* You'll proactively manage your own caseload and have meaningful conversations with drivers over impersonal emails. Always creating lasting relationships and providing exceptional service every step of the way
* You'll build strong and professional connections with our network of suppliers, facilitating smooth bookings and inquiries, ensuring exceptional service delivery for our valued customers
