Your new role
As a Customer Service Adviser, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
Assisting customers with online bookings and queries
Providing updates on order status and delivery times
Resolving issues efficiently and professionally
Liaising with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service
Processing orders and maintaining accurate records
Supporting with general administrative tasks as needed
Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
Excellentmunication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence using IT systems and managing multiple tasks
A proactive, can-do attitude and a team player mindset
The ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems effectively
What you'll get in return
