Job summary Applicants are invited to apply for a Specialty Doctor in Urgent Treatment Centre post, The post will be Urgent Treatment clinical care allowing an opportunity for doctors wanting to gain experience and responsibility in not just managing patients but managing a busy department (at Registrar level). We deal with medical, surgical, orthopaedic, paediatric and trauma patients. 40% of the time will be spent undertaking departmental innovation/quality improvement projects. The ideal candidate will be a doctor who wishes to take time to do more leadership, education and innovation. You may wish to discover your leadership, management and influencing skills. You may have a passion to enhance your medicoassociated skills such as development of new pathways, finding solutions to problems or systems design.
