Pay: £12.71 per hour
Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence + your own vehicle
Shifts: Days, nights, weekends – supporting holiday cover, sickness and short-notice callouts

What You'll Do
As a Relief Security Officer, you'll be the reassuring presence that keeps people, property and assets safe. You'll adapt quickly to new environments and deliver high-quality service wherever you're needed.
Operational Excellence
1. Follow all site policies and Assignment Instructions (AI's)
2. Adjust to changing site needs and suggest ways to improve service
3. Always work within industry guidelines, displaying correct licences
Training & Development
4. Complete mandatory training to keep your skills sharp
5. Embrace additional learning opportunities to advance your career
6. Make use of technology to stay up to date on processes
7. Renew your SIA licence 16 weeks before expiry
Security & Safety
8. Spot and report Health & Safety risks immediately
9. Stay alert to suspicious behaviour or security threats
10. Log incidents accurately and follow the correct reporting procedures
11. Make required check calls on time
12. Communicate professionally with customers, colleagues, emergency services and the Mitie Communications Centre
