Overview
As a Clinical Systems Trainer, you will be a highly motivated individual supporting high-quality training and training media. You will have the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels. Experience in the production of e-learning would be an advantage.
Responsibilities
* Conduct training to a very high standard and manage attendees to ensure they learn at the best pace.
* Deliver training both face-to-face and virtually online, with excellent verbal communication skills.
* Have a competent level of experience with Microsoft products and digital systems, such as MS Teams.
* Create in-house training programs and resources for staff; select the most appropriate training methods and activities.
* Perform needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and areas for improvement; provide information about training sessions and availability.
* Liaise with management and service to create training plans and bespoke training as required through the Learning Needs Assessment.
* Work as part of the clinical systems training team and support various levels of staff within a very close-knit team.
* Occasional travel to Broadmoor may be required; contract is one year fixed-term, with base at St Bernard\'s Ealing Broadway and other locations within Ealing, Hounslow, and Hammersmith & Fulham.
* This vacancy would suit someone who can work on their own initiative but also be a good team player; strong planning and organizational skills are essential.
Qualifications
* Excellent verbal communication skills; training is conducted both face-to-face and virtually online.
* Competent with Microsoft products and digital systems (e.g., MS Teams).
* Experience in supporting services such as MINT and ability to create training plans and bespoke training as required through Learning Needs Assessment.
* Ability to create relevant in-house training programs and resources; plan and implement training strategies to meet departmental and organizational needs.
* Strong planning and organizational skills; ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
