Job Title: Temporary Maintenance Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate maintenance activities across multiple sites to ensure timely and efficient repairs and upkeep.
Schedule and oversee routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Liaise with contractors and suppliers to source materials and services as needed.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring documentation is up to date and accessible.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, prioritising tasks to minimise downtime.
Collaborate with other departments to support overall facility management and improvement initiatives.
Monitor maintenance budgets, track expenditures, and assist in resource allocation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a maintenance coordination role or similar position.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance management software.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to facility maintenance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What We Offer:
