This is a hands-on and strategic role, focused on building resilient, values-led teams that make a real difference.The RoleAs Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll drive operational excellence across recruitment, lead TA projects, and act as a trusted partner to stakeholders across the business. You will also:Deputise for the Head of Talent Acquisition, making decisions independently and supporting the wider TA teamLead and deliver Talent Acquisition projectsPartner with hiring managers to forecast recruitment needs and align talent strategy with business goalsBuild and manage external partnerships (e.g. schools, colleges, universities, job centres, local communities)Lead proactive sourcing campaigns across operational and leadership rolesDevelop strong talent pipelines through networking, community engagement and digital outreachChampion inclusive hiring practices and promote a values-led employer brandUse labour market data and insights to inform workforce planning and recruitment decisionsEnhance employer brand presence through storytelling, social media and sector engagementAbout YouProven experience leading Talent Acquisition projects within an in-house TA or recruitment functionStrong end-to-end recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, using proactive direct sourcingHappy to combine hands-on recruitment while also working on projectsStrategic thinking with the ability to anticipate workforce needsConfidence influencing stakeholders and driving changeStrong data literacy and workforce planning capabilityA solutions-focused, inquisitive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvementA highly customer-focused approachKnowledge of right to work requirements, visas and sponsorship A full driving licence is required due to travel to multiple sites, some of which are not easily accessible by public transport.Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
