You will oversee all aspects of HR including organisational development, talent acquisition, employee relations, reward, performance, and leadership development.

Strategic Leadership

* Lead organisational design initiatives to support scalability, capability, and operational efficiency.
* Drive cultural development, employee engagement, and leadership capability across the business.
* Oversee workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development frameworks.
Operational Excellence
* Lead the HR team to deliver high‑quality, compliant, and efficient HR operations.
* Manage complex employee relations matters, ensuring risk is mitigated and outcomes are fair and commercially sound.
* Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent across property, asset management, and corporate functions.
* Ensure HR policies, processes, and systems are modern, compliant, and fit for purpose.
* Lead on compensation, benefits, and performance management cycles.
* Champion best practice across diversity, equity, inclusion, wellbeing, and employee experience.

* Proven experience as a senior HR leader, ideally within property, real estate, asset management, or a related commercial sector.
