Overseeing a large team, the successful applicant will ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance, optimization of processes and will drive efficiencies across the function. Key Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with UK GAAP and IFRS reporting standards. Oversee statutory audit processes and deliverables, ensuring compliance with internal controls, VAT requirements, and operational policies. Support Balance Sheet, Cashflow Forecasting, Budgets, and Forex reporting. Lead operational areas such as reconciliations, FX policies, revenue recognition, accruals, WIP, and delegated authorities. Take ownership of month-end and year-end close processes and reporting deliverables. Review and enhance internal processes, controls, and system improvements to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
