WE Talent are currently working on an exciting opportunity to join a well-established consultancy business based near Manningtree.
The company is seeking an experienced Customer Account Manager to join their long-standing team, working with a mixture of SME and large clients nationwide to manage and service their accounts.
The hours for this role are 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday, this role will be fully office-based during the initial training period, after which hybrid working will be offered.
Responsibilities
• Act as the first point of contact for clients
• Take project details and oversee jobs from start to completion
• Liaise with internal departments and consultants to coordinate timings and ensure projects are delivered accurately and on schedule
• Provide a consultative approach and tailored customer service
• Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Offer ongoing client support, providing updates throughout the project lifecycle
• Attend and conduct client meetings via Teams or face to face
• Liaise directly with suppliers
Requirements
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
• Confident using Microsoft Excel and Word
• Excellent attention to detail
You will be rewarded with
• £29,000 per annum
