Residential & Domiciliary Care Manager – Grimsby – £35,910 – £41,477 Chase & Holland are proud to be working with a compassionate and innovative care provider who are seeking an experienced Residential & Domiciliary Care Manager to lead their children’s home and domiciliary care service based in Grimsby. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to take on a dual leadership role, shaping two vital services and making a real difference to the lives of young people and young adults. You’ll bring vision, empathy, and operational excellence to everything you do, while leading and inspiring dedicated care teams. Benefits: Private health insurance for you and your children (up to age 18) 24 days holiday bank holidays, rising to 31 days with service Pension scheme & life assurance (2x salary) Paid DBS (including annual renewals) Accredited training and support to gain further qualifications Family-friendly policies Cycle to work scheme Free on-site parking Referral scheme rewards Residential & Domiciliary Care Manager Responsibilities: Lead and inspire care teams across residential and domiciliary services Ensure compliance with Ofsted and CQC standards Champion safeguarding and person-centred care Manage budgets, staffing, and day-to-day operations Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 4 years’ experience supporting young people in residential care 2 years in a management or senior role Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare or Health & Social Care (or willingness to complete) Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills Hours of Work: 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday: Monday – Thursday: 9:00AM – 5:00PM Friday: 9:00AM – 4:30PM If you are interested in finding out more about this exciting Residential & Domiciliary Care Manager opportunity, please click ‘apply now’.
