As a Spa Treatment Trainer, you will support the senior Spa team in this development and be an ambassador for growth.

As a Spa Treatment Trainer, your responsibilities include:
* Ensuring all necessary spa training is completed and documented according to company standards.
* Developing and delivering training on new treatments to establish Champneys as a brand leader.
* Identifying training needs within the Spa Department, completing all training reports, and submitting them to the Spa Training Director on time.
* Attending meetings and other events as requested by the Spa Training Manager and Spa Manager.
* Maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness at all times.
You should hold an NVQ Level 3 in Beauty and possess a good overall standard of education. Previous experience as a Spa Treatment Trainer is preferred but not essential.
