We’re seeking a bold and forward-thinking Head of Supply Chain to lead delivery excellence and operational resilience within our Planning & Control function. This pivotal role ensures we meet On-Time In Full (OTIF) delivery targets for mission-critical programmes, while optimizing working capital and costs. Key Responsibilities
1. Lead a high-performing Planning & Control team to ensure OTIF delivery across supply chains.
2. Manage supply chain performance and risk in collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
3. Serve as the functional leader and coach for Supply Chain Operations Managers and Delivery Controllers.
4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring tools, governance, and processes support world-class supply chain execution.
Candidate Profile

* Ability to thrive in matrix organizations, prioritizing and adapting under pressure.
