Base pay will be determined by the applicant’s skills and experience. The role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Responsibilities
* Drive a large capacity passenger bus to transport residents to activities, errands, and destinations under close supervision.
* Operate the bus properly and ensure the safety of all passengers.
* Maintain the vehicle as required.
* Require a high school diploma or GED.
* Minimum of one year successful experience operating a bus.
* Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
* Must have a valid state driver’s license with a good driving record; CPR training and certification may be required.
* Current Class C CDL with no major driving violations in the past three years; bus driver training certification from the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction is preferred. CPR certification may be required.
