Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Floor & Bar Manager to oversee our day to day operations. The ideal candidate will be a great host and have a track recond in making customers happy in an independent business, and also thrive in leading, supporting and training their FOH team.
The role is working alongside and supported by our Managing Partner - and working closely with the Founder of the business too, to bring the business plan to life.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily Floor & Bar Operations, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
* Manage and train FOH team to deliver warm & authentic hospitality to our guests.
* To innovate with us to keep the business buzzing and moving forward.
* To connect with local customers & companies. We're a neighbourhood business
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
* Handle bookings & enquiries to maximise business.
* Keep ahead of food & drink trends and implement to or business.
Requirements
* A love of hosting guests in a high quality independent pub environment.
* Strong experience with knowledge of working a floor & bar operation smoothly, on quiet & busy shifts.
* Excellent leadership & communication skills - effective at all levels.
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in hospitality.
* Previous relevant experience in a high quality customer facing leadership role.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing guest experiences.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
