Brunswick House and Mews is looking to recruit a Registered Manager for the Service.
Brunswick House and Brunswick Mews are located in the area of Wednesbury, in the West Midlands. The homes are located in a suburban area, off a main road. The services offer residential support for adults, including those with a learning disability, people on the autism spectrum, and individuals with mental health needs.
We specialise in supporting individuals who may be stepping down from a hospital setting, have complex needs, or require behavioural support. Our aim is to support residents to gain the skills they need to live active and fulfilled lives in the community.
What you'll be doing
You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. As a Registered Manager you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents.You can find additional information in the attached job description.
What you'll bring to the role

You will have experience in leading a care home from the front and have held Registration with CQC previously
