Insight Workplace Health are a national multidisciplinary occupational health provider. We support employers by helping to keep people safe and well whilst at work.
We are looking for a commercially minded, qualified Occupational Health Advisor to join our friendly team.
Responsibilities
* Deliver a first class Occupational Health Service with support from head office.
* Carry out case management, day one absence calls, review pre placements and provide advice to our customers and colleagues.
* Write high quality reports with clear, concise advice to management.
* Build strong and successful relationships with clients.
* Work from our clinic in Teignmouth and at local customer sites across the South West for a range of clients across all industry sectors.
Qualifications
* Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC pin
* Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Up to date knowledge of Occupational Health skills
* Experience in industry
* A team player
* Commercially aware and PC literate
* Flexible and adaptable
* Ability to work on own initiative

Location and role details
The role will involve working from our clinic in Teignmouth and at local customer sites across the South West for some of our prestigious clients across all industry sectors. You will be employed on a full-time basis and supported by our team at head office to deliver a high standard of service.
