You’ll be at the heart of our operations, making sure maintenance and housekeeping schedules run like clockwork across our properties. What You’ll Do: Coordinate day-to-day property services, liaising with managers, tradespeople, and suppliers Handle guest and owner queries, progressing complaints where needed Manage compliance documents, property checks, recharges, and non-stock purchases Monitor inboxes, case files, and feedback – acting quickly to resolve issues Keep workloads on track and report progress Work closely with Customer Service to resolve any guest or owner concerns What You’ll Bring: We’re looking for someone who brings: ✅ Excellent organisation, attention to detail & multitasking skills ✅ Confident communicator – both written and verbal ✅ Strong customer service focus with problem-solving ability ✅ IT skills (Enterprise, KEA, Excel, or similar systems) ⭐ Bonus points if you have property services, trades, or hospitality experience.
