What You'll Be Doing Strategic People Partnering Work directly with the Site Director and Leadership Team to deliver the People Strategy. Lead workforce planning and ensure we have the right skills in the right place at the right time. Support organisational change, talent planning and succession initiatives. Employee Relations & Wellbeing Guide managers through complex ER cases and promote best practice. Improve absence, stability and engagement across the site. Build strong relationships with Occupational Health, Unions and Employee Forums. Culture, Engagement & DE&I Bring to life our recognition, wellbeing and community programmes. Lead DE&I at site level and partner with schools, colleges and charities. Drive initiatives that make our site a great place to work and a positive force in the community. Learning & Development Support leaders through PDRs, 360 feedback and development planning. Promote apprenticeships, early careers, and internal development pathways. Coach and mentor individuals to support growth and performance. Systems, Compliance & KPIs Ensure HR data, payroll updates and statutory records are accurate and audit-ready. Lead HR elements of site audits and maintain high compliance standards. Produce clear KPI reporting and use insights to drive continuous improvement. What We're Looking For HR Business Partnering experience within a fast-paced environment (Manufacturing/FMCG ideal). Strong ER expertise and solid knowledge of UK employment law. Confident communicator with excellent coaching, influencing and relationship-building skills. Skilled in managing multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
