Responsibilities:
* Sort incoming client post by department and ensure it is delivered to the appropriate teams in a timely manner.
* Provide administrative support to the support teams.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and third-party providers.
* Prepare client packs and paperwork before and after meetings, including requesting valuations.
* Obtain policy information from product providers via email, phone, and online platforms.
* Build relationships with product partners and manage their documentation and tasks.
* Prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.
* Assist with initiating workloads based on client and adviser actions.
