Role Responsibilities:
What to Expect as a Senior Nursery RoomLeader:
* Ensure thateducational strategies and practices are consistent across multiplerooms.
* Lead the planning and delivery ofactivities, adapting the curriculum to meet the diverse needs ofthe children.
* Mentor and develop Room Leaders,promoting a collaborative and high-performingteam.
* Oversee the wellbeing and safeguarding ofchildren, making necessary adaptations to support children withadditional needs.
* Foster strong relationshipswith parents, keeping them informed of their child'sdevelopment.
* Ensure compliance with health,safety, and safeguarding protocols across thecentre.
Required Qualifications:
IdealCandidate:
* Level 3qualification or above in early yearseducation.
* Experience in an early yearssetting, with supervisory or leadership experience ideally as aSenior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or SeniorNursery Practitioner.
* Strong leadership,organisational, and communicationskills.
* Ability to foster an inclusive andsupportive environment for both children and teammembers.
