An excellent opportunity for an experienced Building Services Administrator to join a
well-established company based in Kings Langley, Hertfordshire.
About The Company:
They provide Mechanical, Electrical, Fabric and Management services for a wide range of buildings spanning the public, residential, commercial and private sectors.
They are currently recruiting an experienced building services administrator to join their busy team .
The successful candidate will be assisting the busy helpdesk with raising jobs, booking in
emergency / reactive call outs and routine maintenance visits, dealing with incoming calls
and emails, providing quotations to clients, raising purchase orders, ordering materials,
general admin and filing.
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar position is preferred.
Live within a commutable distance to Kings Langley. Hertfordshire.
Good communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Organisation skills.
