** Finance Assistant **
Entry level opportunity with study support + 35hrs + hybrid working

* Completing reconciliations for bank accounts in multiple currencies.
* Posting bank transactions and journals.
* Scanning and processing purchase ledger invoices onto accounting software.
* Aiding the purchase ledger team by requesting copy invoices.
* Reconciling statements.
* Managing the accounts email inbox .
* Sending out sales ledger copy invoices.
* Providing ad-hoc administrative support to the Accounts team as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* A minimum of 5 GCSEs, including a Level 5 or above in Mathematics and English.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
* High attention to detail and pride in work product.
* Ability to balance and prioritise workload, remaining composed during busy periods.
* Proactive in assisting other team members.
* Good communication skills, capable of interacting with all levels of internal and external contacts.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
