Lead Business Analyst with expert Pega BPM experience required to collaborate closely with Product Owners and key business stakeholders based in the UK to define scope and business objectives. You will act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on requirements and deliverables. Lead and execute requirement capture sessions with business teams. Translate business needs into well-defined specifications and requirement rules within the Pega platform. Ensure all requirements are accurately documented and traceable.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in delivering Pega BPM solutions as a Lead Business Analyst.
* Strong understanding of Pega Specification and Requirement Rules.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with UK-based clients.
* Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
* Ability to write clear, concise, and testable user stories.
The ideal candidate will have recently completed a similar Pega Business Analyst role.
